Recently, the Fujian Provincial Education Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) announced The First Batch of Ten Best Forums for Philosophy and Social Sciences in Fujian universities. QNU's “Forum of Searching” is on the list. Founded in September 2012, QNU has been awarded 'Quanzhou Forum for Popularizing Social Science” by the Publicity Department of Quanzhou Municipal Party Committee and Quanzhou Social Science Federation for three consecutive years (2012-2018).
