The Third China-France Cultural Forum was held in Xi’an from September 17th to 19th. As members of Quanzhou delegation, Quanzhou Normal University, Quanzhou Federation of Enterprise & Entrepreneur were invited to attend the sub-forum of education and innovation, and to sign a tripartite corporation memo with EMLYON Business School. The Memo was signed by President Qu Guangqing, Vice President Tugrul Atamer of EMLYON Business School, and Lv Weiming, Executive Vice President of Quanzhou Federation of Enterprise & Entrepreneur, and attracted much attention on the forum.
