陈培琳（1994.1），男，博士。主要研究方向：食品与肠道菌群，功能性碳水化合物的分离纯化、结构表征以及活性机制的研究。主持福建农林大学优秀博士学位论文基金项目一项，参与国家自然科学基金一项，横向课题一项。共计发表国内外学术论文18篇，其中第一作者9篇，SCI收录7篇，CSCD收录2篇，授权国家发明专利1件。
